Jennifer Maklan, Āyurvedic Practitioner, is the founder of ChattanoogaAyurveda.com, an online Traditional Āyurvedic Medicine practice. Jennifer completed the rigorous Svastha Ācārya Program at ĀYU Academy, a leading Āyurveda education program specializing in classical Āyurveda. She is trained in Āyurvedic Shirodhara therapy and has seen over 100 clients. She currently is continuing her education in the Samudra Ayurvedic Physician Program. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in sculpture which lends perception, creativity and vision to her practice. 

Jennifer was fortunate to meet an Āyurvedic Practitioner in 1999 after graduating college. The assistance she received was unique and healed panic attacks, anxiety and sleep issues. Intrigued, Jennifer continued to use Āyurveda in her own life to find balance and wholeness. In 2014, Jennifer entered the field of Āyurveda and founded and directed AyurvedaNextDoor.com which was later acquired by Transformative Learning Solutions, Pvt. Ltd., an international Āyurvedic skincare giant. As their Senior Manager of U.S. Operations, she directed various online and offline Āyurveda projects. 

After losing a friend to suicide, she decided to move forward with clinical practice so she could share this knowledge with others. Jennifer has sought out the best training for Āyurveda in the U.S. Typical Āyurveda training does not follow the known guidelines of clinical practice.
