You will receive unlimited search keywords and categories to help more people find you! After successfully being accepted into our program, we will invite you into our VIP “Preferred Vendor” Facebook group and you’ll be “tagged” on any leads in our large CSBN Facebook group of anything of interest. Note: All Preferred Vendor candidates are vetted in (we require they have proper license, insurance, and 4.5 or higher online reviews to be considered).

Membership to our massive local Facebook Group (“CSBN”) is free to local residents of Chattanooga and the surrounding areas. You do not need to own a business to be a member. But we do ask that you agree to our Rules/Guidelines upon asking to join our group.

Finding your dream vendor takes seconds! Simply search on the main home page and open up your vendor’s profile listing. From there, an email and phone button is available to reach out. You can also securely email vendors within our website. Your questions/data is kept safe and private between you and the vendor only.

We carefully interview and vet in all new prospective Preferred Vendors and Preferred Plus vendors. We require that they are properly licensed, and carry (and maintain) business insurance. We verify these forms. In addition, we require that their business has 4.5 or higher online reviews (checked on Facebook and Google). If they do not have any reviews, we require two professional references for past work completed. We also interview the vendor to ensure they are available to offer their services in a timely fashion, and that they agree to our policies and procedures for doing great work with customers found on our website and Facebook Group community. We recommend our Preferred Vendors every chance we get!

We do not require a contract for Preferred Vendors and Preferred Plus vendors, but we do require a 30 day written notice (*one additional billing cycle) if they were to decide to part ways with us.

As of this writing, we have 2-3 seats per industry. CSBN seats grow with the demand of the community for our vendors. We currently do not offer seat exclusivity at this time.
