I have been in the service industry all of my life and I always try to put myself in the customer's shoes.  I am not one to operate under the guise of generating tickets.  My customers have to stand on their own so that they can work reliably so it's the age old "do it right the first time" approach.  I am not a sales person....and never will be.  I am a technician first and foremost.  I don't color things because that just creates too many things to remember and above all, to go wrong.

My business model is really very simple, be friendly, professional and knowledgeable.  If I don't have the answer to your question, I will find it.  My job is to keep you in business and not put you out.  Due to that, you will find my rates to be far below most but that is not from trying to gain customers, it's an adherence to the previous statement.  After all, my billboard is you!

If you want to see the difference in service, stop letting the machines get the best of you.  We can change that.
