The Meat Truck is in the final stages of being ready to open for business curbside but we are currently available to schedule private catering events serving Rhea and surrounding counties.  I have always been passionate about cooking and entertaining both in the kitchen and at an outdoor cooker. I have enjoyed the experience of cooking BBQ personally and semi professionally for the past 22 years. BBQ is a process of cooking at lower temperatures and for longer periods of time.  In combination with this and homemade rubs and marinades there is an end product of tender, flavorful meats to be served as is or incorporated into an eclectic selection of menu items. The Meat Truck will provide a base menu along with daily features including several sides and a beverage selection. The Meat Truck will also offer service to catering and special events. For private events we can provide a menu of just about anything from chicken wings to a full pig roast or a BBQ menu of your choosing. The Burger will always be a staple included in our menu.
