My main focus is proper sanitation of Ice and proper handling of ice.  the number one rejection i hear while out in the field making new friends and customers is we have our maintance man do it...  i say to myself, uh-oh... lets open your ice maker and have a look..

Im a skilled technician and salesman, but trying to convince an owner to pay me to clean a perfectly good ice maker working just fine, is a difficult sale.  I create a presentation and a demonstration with a ice maker, and everyone can relate to a car, if you don't maintain the vehicle it has a shorter life than one with a proper preventative maintenance routine.  

   Ice is one of the leading causes for food contamination that can be a mild bug feeling to staying in the hospital, 1 of 6 ice makers is known to have e coli found in the samples taken.  Lets clean our water we drink, lets clean the Ice we love to eat!
