In 2004, Joel Fitts opened the doors to ComForcare Home Care. Joel had a passion for helping other.  As a former family caregiver for his mother, he was able to see first hand that more qualified caregiver's were needed.  Our past and current experience has afforded us the knowledge necessary to help you live your best life possible. Some of services we provide:

Dementia Care-  engages and enhances the lives of others living with Alzheimer's and others forms of dementia.

Transition of Care- assist families with the process of transition home after a hospital stay, rehabilitation center or skilled nursing facility.

Safety Supervision-  general supervision to help with trip hazards and reduce falls.

Personal Care- assistance in bathing, dressing, basic oral care, toileting and incontinence care. 

Companionship- engage in meaningful activities bases on ones social questionnaire. Caregivers can play board games, read with clients, etc.

Support Senior Services- we can help provide non-medical support and assistance with aging in place.

Transportation- assist with getting clients to / from doctor appointments, grocery shopping or even going to the park.

Light home-making- It's very important that our clients have a clean living area. Our caregivers can help with washing dishes, dusting, vacuuming and laundry.

Meal Preparation- Making sure our client have a well balanced diet is very important.
