Charity Kincaid is the Branch Manager of the Chattanooga Branch for Alterra Home Loans.  With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, she is experienced in Renovation lending, FHA, Conventional, USDA, First Time Home Buyer programs that use down payment assitance, and VA financing.  Her knowledge and expertise of the lending process allows her to guide her clients through the home buying process and allows them to accomplish their dream of home ownership.

Her and her husband Michael, work as a team #TeamKincaid, and combined they have over 40 years of experience in the mortgage industry.  Their goal is to provide excellent customer services to all parties involved in the transaction.
