East Brainerd and Downtown office are not on the same page. Company has no plan for when employees call in sick. 5-7 day guarantee is a lie, and the fine print of how they count 5-7 days is not shared upfront with customers. The count doesn't being when you put down your deposit, it starts once the template is made, brought to the downtown office, layout on the stone and approved by the office manager (that alone could take 3 days) and hopefully it doesn't fall over a weekend which can cost you more time. Company does not admit their mistakes or try to rectify them, it turns into a crazy finger pointing scenario where they blame the other office, or the template guy, or the cutter or the installer all while the customer sits in the middle of their shenanigans.
