Restoration Project Manager

We are a fast growing emergency restoration business in Chattanooga that is looking for a goal oriented individual with strong motivation and leadership skills. The Production Manager position requires that you are reliable, prompt, work well under pressure, and can prioritize duties while motivating a team of individuals. You have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Proficient in water restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage clean-up
• Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner
• Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation and provide excellent customer service to clients
• Assist in hiring, recruiting and leading a team of water removal technicians to respond to new projects
• Communicate with customers about scope of work and review necessary paperwork
• Maintain all company restoration and cleaning equipment, keeping them clean and properly maintained to be available at all times
• Maintain a clean driving record and valid license at all times
• Ability to respond to the emergency calls, and be flexible with work hours

Job Requirements:

• Restoration and construction experience preferred, but not required
• Proficient within the MICA water mitigation software as well as Xactimate estimating experience
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing, business software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Management experience a plus and preferred

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year, with opportunity to grow and advance
