My background for the past twenty-plus years has been in food, both as owner and as managers. Seeing the changes in my friends, family members and the population in general as far as negative health issues, as well as changes in my own body, sent me on a journey to find a way to educate and ultimately help change the outcome of of those issues. Understanding on a cellular level how food choices affect the human body is critical to optimizing true health.
